Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch's property cell on Monday for making obscene films and publishing them through some apps. Raj Kundra, arrested in case, has been sent to police remand by the court till July 23. After his arrest on Monday night, Raj Kundra was presented before the court in this case today. The property cell told the court that Raj Kundra was earning money from this whole racket. Presenting evidence against Raj in the court, the property cell said that the property sale has received a lot of foreign currency in a company named Vian. Raj Kundra's phone has been seized and it needs investigation. On these grounds, the police sought Raj's remand from the court and the court has sent Raj Kundra on remand till July 23.
बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस शिल्पा शेट्टी (Shilpa Shetty) के पति व बिजनेसमैन राज कुंद्रा (Raj Kundra) को मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच की प्रॉपर्टी सेल ने अश्लील फिल्में बनाने और कुछ ऐप के जरिए इन्हें प्रकाशित करने के मामले में सोमवार के गिरफ्तार किया था. केस में गिरफ्तार राज कुंद्रा को कोर्ट ने 23 जुलाई तक पुलिस रिमांड में भेजा है. सोमवार रात को गिरफ्तारी के बाद आज राज कुंद्रा को इस मामले में कोर्ट के सामने पेश किया गया था. प्रॉपर्टी सेल ने कोर्ट को बताया कि राज कुंद्रा इस पूरे गोरखधंधे से पैसे कमा रहे थे. कोर्ट में प्रॉपर्टी सेल ने राज के खिलाफ सबूत पेश करते हुए बताया कि Vian नाम की कंपनी में प्रॉपर्टी सेल को काफी फॉरेन करेंसी मिले है. राज कुंद्रा का फोन सीज किया गया है और इसकी इन्वेस्टिगेशन की जरूरत है. इन्हीं आधार पर पुलिस ने कोर्ट से राज की रिमांड मांगी और अदालत ने 23 जुलाई तक राज कुंद्रा को रिमांड पर भेज दिया है.
